Less Training Outsourced

According to an article in CLO magazine this month, outsourcing for corporate training departments is on the decline.  The decline is attributed to cost and complex subject matter.    Some feel that keeping the training function inhouse allows organizations to keep employees current on products and services, and that the delay in offering the training can be costly.  For more about the article, please visit CLO Magazine.
