Optimism and the Economy

Our economy is in rough shape, no doubt.  But in comparison to the first 100 days of FDR's term, this is nothing.  Unemployment was over 25 percent and banks were closed in 38 states, farms were being foreclosed on at an extreme rate.  Times were desperate. FDR came on the scene with optimism, confidence, and determination.  I think his attitude helped encourage Americans who were facing difficult times.  Optimism has a dramatic impact on the economy.  In light of this historical precedent, I would encourge business and individuals to continue with confidence.  Our economy will bounce back.  Training centers and other businesses should be prepared for an influx of new applicants who need training to make themselves employable.  Purchasing an afforable training management system, like TrainingForce, can help your business be prepared for this new economy.  So be positive and be prepared!
