TrainingForce gives users the flexibility to customize certain areas of TrainingForce to fit your company's style.  Some customizations include the ability to set the theme, date display format and the defualt report format that is used by your company.  Customization is seen more in TrainingForce LaunchPad, where administrators can create new pages to be added to their LaunchPad site, add a company logo and adjust lables and tabs to fit the terminology of your company.  View key information through our multiple portals.
