Set up reminder notices to be sent to employees and students.  Through event responses and the communication wizard, adminstrators and staff members can create documents to be sent out in varying intervals or in one mass email.  Reminders can be sent to students and employees reminding them of upcoming classes, deadlines and much more.  Communication with students is key; reminders can help cut back on the amount of students that miss training.
