In TrainingForce, each student can be assigned a Manager and a Mentor.  Managers and Mentors can view details on each member of their team, including contact information. Managers and mentors can view registrations for a member of their team, or can be assigned as a registration's approving party. The student's class and exam history is available to managers and mentors.

Managers and mentors can also document observed and demonstrated skills or competencies for members of their team. Full implementation of the manager or mentor role requires the PowerPack application.
