TrainingForce includes many options for segmenting your data. Many training entities deal with external clients, which are handled as Organizations within the database.  If you deal strictly with training inside a single entity, you can use the organization to represent departments or business units.   Organizations have the ability to register and reserve blocks of seats in training programs and classes for their employees and students.  TrainingForce also uses regions and groups to help segment your data into logical pieces.
