TrainingForce Manager gives you maximum flexibility in assigning people to a specific role in your training organization.  Once you establish an individual's role, you can easily turn features on or off and establish access permissions. Data is segmented at multiple levels, including regions, organizations and groups.  Users are established in roles that access data they need - staff members, training coordincators, instructors, managers, mentors, and students.

TrainingForce is first and foremost a tool to manage the information you need and use on a daily basis.  People need access to information based on their role in your training. Information is presented based on what you, the training organization, decide is necessary for each person's role.

Students get their information through LaunchPad.  Other systems require you to push content to students based on rules established by the product. TrainingForce allows you unmatched flexibility in determining which students have access to specific content.  Training can be required based on a job title or training plan that is assigned.  Students can be assigned to one or more groups you define; these groups are specified throughout classes, materials, and most other aspects of the database so you have total control. For clients who charge fees for training, pricing can even be group-specific.
