No Bandwidth limitations or charges.  No fees or limits for the amount of data stored.  Our pricing starts at under $50 dollars per day for a full-featured system including TrainingForce Manager and LaunchPad. You can add web applications and features that you need, when you need them so that your initial costs are minimal. Under $50 per day, no matter how many students take that new class everyone’s talking about. Did your sales team just pick up an new account with 2,000 employees that need training on a new product? Your invoice won’t change.

TrainingForce has the most flexible pricing of any LMS on the market. Our product is extremely flexible, our pricing models are dynamic and based on meeting your needs.  One fact which truly separates TrainingForce from our competitors is that our pricing is based on our product, not the number of students or registrations your organization has.  As your organization succeeds and grows, your investment in TrainingForce shows a greater return on investment - not a larger annual invoice. Your invoice amount is consistent and predictable - no hidden fees or surprises just because you had a successful month. Hosted clients never pay for support via the website, via e-mail or by telephone and are always able to use the latest version of their subscribed products - no upgrade fees.  We work hard to control our costs and have minimal year-to-year increases.  We are also different in that we offer you the unique opportunity to subscribe on a month-to-month basis.  Our belief in the product is strong enough that we don't force you to sign a long-term contract; you can cancel at any time for any reason.  We offer incentives to customers who want to enter into a longer-term contract.  Our goal is to make the decision to try TrainingForce an easy one.

So How Much?

Minimum:  $1,562 per month or $15,284.50 per year. (That's $41.88 per Day)

Typical:  $2,200 per month or $22,000 per year (That's $60.27 per Day)

Each customer’s plan is slightly different and we will do our best to work within your budget.  We believe that our pricing represents the best value you can find in the Learning Management System market. You will not find an application provider that gives you more capabaility, flexibility, support or customer commitment for your training dollar. Some clients want to install TrainingForce on an existing Information Technology platform.  We encourage clients to let us host whenever possible which allows us to maintain and update the applications regularly, but can accomodate stand-alone installations.  Please contact us for a customized quotation if an installed system is part of your requirement.
