Installation & Setup

With our web-based application, there is NO installation.  Setup requires only a few minutes of work on our end to get your database loaded and ready for action.  On-site installs where you choose to host the system on your local Intranet do require more time and a visit to your facility.

For your organization to make the most of our system, we know there is more to getting started than simple "installation".  Most customers also require some level of assistance with implementation and even some consulting on how to make the transition.  In some cases, clients request data conversion or integration with other systems to ease the transition period.

What are typical questions raised during a consulting an integration period?  For example: How do your policies, processes and procedures work with our software?  What should be integrated and what is better off left behind?   We can help you adapt our software to your systems as well as answer challenging business decisions that must be faced when implementing any new management system.
